Content you provide through our products: The Services include the Judolaunch products you use, where we collect and store content that you add. Examples of content we collect and store include: the summary and description added to a product launch page, or any feedback you provide to us. Content you provide through our websites: The Services also include our websites owned or operated by us. For example, you provide content to us when you submit any form on our websites, or when you participate in any interactive features, surveys, contests, promotions, activities or events.

Log file information: Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile device each time you access the Services. When you use our Services, our servers automatically record certain log file information. These server logs may include anonymous information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Services, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.

Judolaunch Partners: We work with partners who provide consulting around our products. Other Partners: We receive information about you and your activities on and off the Services from third-party partners, such as advertising and market research partners who provide us with information about your interest in and engagement with, our Services and online advertisements.
How we use information we collect
How we use the information we collect depends in part on which Services you use, how you use them, and any preferences you have communicated to us. Below are the specific purposes for which we use the information we collect about you.
To provide the Services and personalize your experience: We use information about you to provide the Services to you, including to process transactions with you, authenticate you when you log in, provide customer support, and operate and maintain the Services. For example, we use the name you provide in your account to identify you to other Service users.

These communications are aimed at driving engagement and maximizing what you get out of the Services, including information about new features, survey requests, newsletters, and webinars/events we think may be of interest to you. We also communicate with you about new product offers, promotions and contests. Customer support: We use your information to resolve technical issues you encounter, to respond to your requests for assistance, to analyze crash information, and to repair and improve the Services.
For safety and security: We use information about you and your Service use to verify accounts and activity, to monitor suspicious or fraudulent activity and to identify violations of Service policies.

Judolaunch may transfer information that we collect about you, including personal information, to affiliated entities, or to other third parties across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. Whenever we transfer your information, we take steps to protect it.
Under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks, we are responsible for the processing of information about you we receive from the EU and Switzerland and onward transfers to a third party acting as an agent on our behalf. We comply with the Privacy Shield Principles for such onward transfers and remain liable in accordance with the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party agents that we engage to process such information about you on our behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Shield Principles, unless we prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
How long we keep information
How long we keep information we collect about you depends on the type of information, as described in further detail below. After such time, we will either delete or anonymize your information or, if this is not possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.
Account information: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate the Services. The Services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
